The Scrambler rifle is so bad on everything but the Amarr Assault. This gun shouldn't just be limited to the Amarr Assault. I put a ScR on my Amarr Scout because It's the right thing to do but It is so utterly trash. The AScR just isn't my cup of tea but the normal ScR OVERHEATS SOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!
I cannot kill 500 armor before that thing overheats. Trying to kill a heavy can take ages just because you have to avoid overheating. The charge shot is a definite NO NO. Charge shot+1or 2 shots = overheat. WTF is this junk?
Seriously. Lets change the ScR Operation skill to 2% less heat build up per shot and 3% to cool down per level. Then change the Amarr Assault Bonus the 3% less heat build up per shot and 2% cool down per level.
This is a Win-Win. The Amarr Assault remains king of the ScR but ScR can then be usable on every suit, not just the Amarr Assault. Hell, this even helps the Amarr Commando out a little bit.

I'm not nerfing the ScR bro. I'm just proposing an idea it so it's more balanced on other suits. The Amarr Assault will still have 25% heat reduction when using a ScR (10% from the ScP operation bonus and 15% from the assault suit.)

If it was fine, you would see it more on suits other than the Amarr Assault. Combat Rifle and Rail Rifles are much better than any stinky ScR on any suit. Combat rifle is one of the most versatile weapons because it can go an any suit and do it's job well same with RR and AR. ScR however suck on everything but amarr assault. If I rolled up to your Amarr Logi in my own Amarr Logi with a Combat Rile, you sure as hell would get your ass kicked because you would overheat trying to kill me. (Try not to switch to a secondary, then it would become a Secondary vs CR.

That's complete bullshit and you know it Nope, I'm just strolling along the park in my Min Logi 2 Seconds later I get hit with a charge ScR and then a follow up round bam dead. Same for my CalAss but that suit is entirely shield based so that's natural... I blame a sniper only to find out it was a SCR on a slave and then I mumble "racial parity defying ****" and continue on with life...
So you get killed by one guy. Hmmm, there for ScR is fine? Well, in that case, I killed by an ion pistol once, no buffs needed.

The last thing I wanna see is a armor tanked gal assault wielding a scr. But I do think ScR should be usable on amarr suits.
give all amarr suits a 15% bonus and keep the 25% on Amarr Assault. If we did this though, we would probably have to implement 5% RoF bonus to AR on all gal suits with assault keeping 15%. 15% extra clip bonus for CR on Min Assaults. Something for caldari.

Hmmn I like the idea but... The galass already has a 15% rof bonus for ars... The 5% would make that 20%. Unless you mean get rid of its 15% rof bonus for a 5%...
No galassault keeps 15% but all other Gallante suits except the heavy get 1% rof Bonus to AR per level
